Have you replaced the memory? Do you have the real error codes from the BSODs? Is this your first attempt to reattach a CPU or do you have previous experience? Have you tried it on another drive or in a different computer? I recommend resetting the BIOS to its default settings—either via the BIOS settings or by removing the battery to reset CMOS.
