In Task Manager you can see which applications consume the most resources. Check it out and adjust accordingly based on those insights.

Do you have Windows installed? It looks typical for Windows. Open Task Manager, then navigate to the Startup section and turn off any unnecessary programs such as game updaters, launchers, or services like Skype.
