I've encountered several versions of this problem online, but none seem to apply here. I unfortunately experienced this crash too—I can't run any games anymore because every time I open one, it freezes. The two programs "npsvctrig" and "filecrypt" are confusing me. Some suggested a fresh Windows install, but I'm still stuck and don't know what to do next. I'm unsure if the issue is with my hardware or if I should try a different boot setup.

I didn't perform a new setup. I'll attempt that now.

After some messaging and resting, I realized the issue might be related to fullscreen mode. It seems my hardware isn’t the problem since I can play games in windowed mode. I reinstalled Windows and kept my files, so a fresh install might be the best choice. I haven’t found any advice yet, and the Windows Debloater didn’t help.
