I keep noticing black checkered patterns on the screen, especially when using windows such as Chrome or File Explorer. Changing the GPU and the DisplayPort cable didn’t resolve the problem. I also performed a clean reinstall of the display drivers, but the issue persists—it only appears on the main monitor. It happens with both monitors, not on desktop or while playing games (Wallpaper Engine is active). Here are my specifications:

GPU: EVGA RTX 3080 10G
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X
RAM: G. Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB DDR4 3200Mhz
SSD: Samsung 980 Pro 2TB
PSU: Corsair RM850
Mobo: MSI X570 MAG Tomahawk Wi-Fi, BIOS 7C84v1F
Main Monitor: MSI MAG274QRF
Second Monitor: MSI MP273A

Did not include the motherboard make and model details. BIOS version for the motherboard?
Power supply unit: Corsair RM850
How many years old is the PSU in your system?
Attempt to use DDU to eliminate all GPU drivers on your platform, then manually install the newest driver from Nvidia's support site via an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Two GPUs have been tested, but the issue persists only on one monitor. This suggests a faulty monitor. Have you considered swapping the monitors so that the other becomes the primary one?

Sorry, I've included the mobile details. It's an MSI X570 MAG Tomahawk Wifi with BIOS version 7C84v1F. The power supply I've used for almost two years hasn't fixed the problem after trying DDU and reinstalling the GPU drivers.
