Yesterday I assembled my new gaming PC with these details:
Operating System: W10 64-bit
Graphics Card: Gigabyte rx 6800xt OC 16G
Processor: Intel i7 10700k
Memory: 16GB Corsair 3200MHz (XPM enabled)
Motherboard: Asus Prime Z470-A
Power Supply: Corsair 750W 80 Gold Plus
I use a three-monitor configuration, all at 1080p resolution. The BIOS is up to date.
During gameplay, I notice my performance falls short of expectations. For instance, on GPUCheck.com, when playing Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands, the average benchmark shows 150fps, but I see around 75-80fps. Other titles also show lower frame rates than expected (GTA V – 190 vs 120 actual, Rainbow Six Siege – 486 vs 381). In Ghost Recon Wildlands, the AMD software indicates GPU usage stays under 70%, CPU load remains around 25%, and RAM usage is about 3GB.
In 3DMark, both GPU and CPU meet expectations in the Time Spy test, and UserBenchmark also shows normal results—no unexpected spikes. Here, the GPU reaches full capacity without issues.
I have tried several solutions already: reinstalled AMD drivers, removed other monitors from the GPU, used separate cables for powering the GPU, turned off FreeSync and V-Sync, uninstalled all RGB software, disabled FPS caps in-game, re-seated the GPU in the PCIe slot.
Could anyone assist me with this issue? I’m unsure what steps will help achieve the expected frame rates with this configuration.

The setup was entirely new. I'm using a single screen with a resolution of 1920x1080.

I installed the latest drivers, including recommended and optional ones.
I haven't tested ray tracing yet.
I reviewed several sources; for instance, GhostReconWildlands maintains at least 100fps.
