Before proceeding, I'm setting up a 100w LED with water cooling for a budget-friendly option. Without cooling, the cost drops to around 6.68$. With water cooling, it reaches about 13.27$ using a radiator. I'm curious if I can run this setup without a radiator—just a water block, pump, and a bottle. Maybe swap another water block and add a fan? The LED temperature will reach up to 250 deg F according to online sources. Also, could I skip thermal paste or use an old formulation? What methods are available for managing heat dissipation? Without a heat exchanger, temperatures will keep increasing.

I believe I'll purchase the most affordable radiator available. Thanks for your feedback!
