I’d start with a fresh RAM configuration. If that fails, I’d switch the motherboard. Experienced issues with an MSI X670E Carbon WIFI for about ten days before giving up and replacing it with an ASUS Strix X670E-E. Everything worked perfectly afterward, so if you reach that stage, the same board is recommended.

However, upgrading with a new RAM isn’t within my budget. The real question is, what should I return? I’m unsure which component is broken—maybe the board, the RAM, or even the CPU. I’ll probably contact the vendor tomorrow to find out more.

Unless the supplier can test your setup by swapping components one at a time, they won’t have certainty about the problem. It seems likely they’ll suggest testing a few changes before concluding. I’m not sure, but it doesn’t look like the CPU is the problem and the motherboard plus RAM aren’t compatible.

It seems like you checked the information and confirmed the RAM is listed in the updated QVL. You're planning to call them now and will find out more later!
