I’m looking into building my own PC at the air cooling forum. They mentioned you’d get better RAM, specifically asking about sticks for both GB and MHz speeds. Your current setup includes an Intel Core i9 9900K, a 1TB SSD, and a Gigabyte Z390 AORUS Pro motherboard with QuietRock Dark Rock Pro 4 power supply. You’re considering Corsair, Focus GX-650 case, and Spec-Omega RGB lighting. Also, my English isn’t very strong. Edit: I’d also like advice on which brand to buy the RAM from.

You're asking about the purpose of your PC. Many users are satisfied with 16GB of memory. Certain tasks need extra RAM, such as video editing, photo editing, 3D modeling, operating virtual machines, or streaming.

Based on my experience, 16GB should suffice for 1080p60fps. You can always improve it later.

The RAM should be rated in MHz based on your system's needs, not the brand itself. Choose a suitable speed that matches your processor and memory requirements.

3200Mhz CL16 or higher is recommended. The brand isn't crucial; focus on a reliable manufacturer offering competitive pricing (such as Corsair, G.Skill, Kingston, etc.).
