Hey there, I'm trying to connect my Asus B450F Gaming with the Phanteks P350x case fan. The fan uses a 3-pin connector, but the motherboard expects a 4-pin setup. It looks like the pin layout is a bit mixed up—some pins are hidden inside the 4-pin header. I'm not sure if an adapter will work or if I need to find a custom one. Since this is my first build, I don't want you to pressure me too much. Let's figure this out together!

Consider checking that post thoroughly since some options didn’t work. (I’m linking it here to hopefully avoid the troubles others faced) It seems to wrap up there, though we can’t be sure as the other person found a workaround I wouldn’t suggest.
