Not supported on GPU devices

I'm working on turning on TPM and secure boot, but I'm running into problems. Either I need to enable the TPM or update the platform keys, which means I have to restart before I can activate secure boot. Restarting works, but the system keeps freezing at boot (the LED stays on). Using my GPU and removing the DGPU from the system fixes it. Could this be related to the modded BIOS on the GPU? Specs: B250M Bazooka, Intel i5 7400 MHz, RX480W, BIOS modded for OC and reporting as RX580.

Your current Windows version is UEFI-based. If it's not, your BIOS might not support UEFI or lack the necessary updates.

It should be UEFI, it was installed on a modern system. I’ll attempt to remove CMOS and boot using only UEFI.

When UEFI only mode is active, sometimes I manage to boot, though it takes a long time. Getting into the BIOS with the GPU installed isn't working. What's going on?
