Hello, I’m completely confused about what went wrong. I’ve done everything possible and even made things worse. The issue began when my Mx Keys didn’t connect to the motherboard’s built-in WiFi. It worked fine until now. I removed the keyboard without success. Then I searched forums and tried various fixes—updating drivers, reinstalling hardware, etc.—but nothing helped. Now the computer won’t recognize the onboard Bluetooth 5.0 and it doesn’t appear in Device Manager. How can I get the motherboard to function like it did when new? Please share your specs: motherboard model, RAM, CPU, cooler, storage, power supply.

Did you accidentally turn off Wifi/BT in the BIOS? Restart it. If not, follow these steps: Power down the PC, disconnect from the power source, hold the case front panel power button for 30 seconds, then reconnect and power on. Verify the device manager again.

Unplugged your Logi dongle? If not, attempt to reattach it... https://support.logi.com/hc/en-za/articles/360025297913

That was incredible! Your effort paid off. Would you like to know the reason behind it so we can fix it better next time?

I don’t understand much, but it seems to involve fixing around 10 or so B550/X570 boards using a particular technique. Someone might be able to clarify.
