It might work with Paragon Adaptive Restore 2010. It’s the only program I’m aware of that can repair Windows 7 installations without an internet connection. You should look for its ISO file online.

I’ll give it a shot, though I’m a bit unsure. If the setup gets paused, will the program still identify the installation? Windows isn’t fully installed yet, so I appreciate your patience. Thanks for your quick replies—it means a lot. I’ll let you know when I’m back home.

You installed Windows 10 and spent a lot of time setting it up. After completing the initial installation, you tried installing another copy and encountered the same issue. The Winload.exe file was missing or corrupted, affecting the SSH service. It seems the problem isn't just with version 7 but with how the system handles it. You need help resolving this.

It might be due to Windows not allowing the same system to be installed more than once on the same drive. I haven’t done that before, but if I did, I’d rename the Windows folder using a bootable USB before putting Windows on the second partition so it can’t recognize the installation. After finishing, I’d use EasyBCD to adjust the boot menu. That approach seems unlikely to succeed.

Earlier setup doesn’t affect the current installation. The issue seems related to how the disk positions the boot files. I used to install several windows smoothly on a standard HDD. Windows 10 is functioning properly so far.

I attempted to set up Linux Mint after resolving my issue, but it kept happening. Now my system won’t boot and jumps into GRUB rescue. I can fix Windows using Fixmbr in RE, yet Linux remains broken. Can anyone advise on how to make dual-boot function properly with this sshd? P.S. The sshd has already been replaced by Seagate.
