Hey there! Are there any of you who play Hearthstone, WoW and LoL on Windows 10 after the November update? I’m having trouble installing the games because of lots of errors and freezing. The PC crashes with error code 0x000005. It worked on my old Windows XP system. I really want to play these games and need some help! Thanks! -BN99

It seems the upgrade to Windows 10 might have encountered an issue. I faced similar problems, so I reinstalled it and everything worked afterward.

Control panel -> Update & Security -> Recovery -> Remove everything (probably the best option)

I upgraded from version 8.1 to 10 by using the media creation tool.

You must utilize the media creation tool to burn Windows 10 onto a CD or insert it via USB.
