Hello everyone, has anyone managed to redeem Amd free games? I recently purchased an Rx 570 and received a coupon code via email from my seller. However, when I tried to enter it on the Amd rewards website, it displayed messages like "we need more info." I submitted all the required details to Amd support, and they provided a token number (around 500***) indicating that our agent would reach out soon. Still, I haven't received any response from Amd, and I'm curious about the estimated time for a reply. Anyone who has redeemed an Amd free game could share their experience on how they obtained their free game bundle.
