You're stuck in Windows 1809 despite thinking you're on Windows 1903. Check your system settings, registry, or recent changes that might have caused the issue. If updates still appear as up-to-date, try restarting or reinstalling the OS.

Request an immediate update from this location: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software.../windows10. Alternatively, wait as the rollout proceeds in phases, which may span several months before direct access via Windows Update is available.

Consider a possible delay because of an update block. Forcing an update might lead to problems. Check the official guide Microsoft provided for the latest status: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows...ws-10-1903. Ensure your software or driver is fully updated before attempting the check. Restart your system after completing all updates.

I was still connected to 1803 until recently. The last two significant updates from Microsoft have been quite challenging.

Everything appears to be functioning properly up to this point. The only observation is that all your settings are being reset, requiring you to redo them.
