I'm having trouble adding funds to the Steam wallet via PayPal because my Visa card isn't working. I managed to add $35 last month, but now it's not possible. The only options shown are Visa, MasterCard, and MoneyBookers.

Verify your country settings. PayPal may not be available in some areas.

It seems the issue might be related to the currency settings after the payment platform update. The change from USD to Indian Rupees could be causing problems.

Currency shouldn't be issued. I've seen PayPal not work in some areas with Origin Store. If you know someone who uses PayPal, reach out to Steam support to check if you've been accidentally blocked.

I haven't tried it before. I understand many poker and other online gambling platforms use it to manage transactions. Steam wouldn't show it if it were a scam. They charge slightly more for transfers to PayPal.
