He mentioned that he plays on the BenQ, uses an Asus as a secondary monitor with streaming software, and watches Vizio on the opposite side of his room while using a controller and Steam Big Picture.

Very late, but I turned off the godrays and shadow distance settings; performance is still not working well. I gave up.

Adjust the shadow distance to lower values for low or medium settings. Fallout 4 struggles with shadow distance causing a performance issue, making it slow down significantly when changing it while keeping other settings at their maximum limits.
