Hello, I own an A520M-H with a Ryzen 5 3600 recently bought under warranty. It’s been functioning perfectly for two months. Today I powered it on and everything worked smoothly until I went somewhere. When I returned, the PC was blank. I restarted it whenever Windows attempted to load, but it would completely freeze. Sometimes it would enter "Preparing Automatic Repair" before going blank again. The fans spun, but there was no keyboard light or any other indication. I performed basic troubleshooting—removed RAM, GPU, all connected USBs, and fans—and nothing resolved the issue. Only changing the VCORE voltage from auto to a specific value helped; I tried 1.1V and 1.23V, both worked fine. My CPU benchmark scores were normal. The problem persists when the system boots automatically. Could it be the motherboard or the CPU? Since the motherboard is under warranty, I need to confirm first.
