The only additional PCIe ports available are the X4 connections, yet I’m not sure they’re PCIe because my 3080 Ti works perfectly in the same slot.

No HDMI, yes DP. If DP is available, I'll test HDMI instead.

I was already connected before setting up the monitor, so this shouldn't be an issue.

I should have explained more clearly. With both DP and HDMI connected, I attempted to use just one, but neither worked—card not displaying.

I’m planning to test it this weekend. Having a friend with a PC makes it easier to check if it’s recognized.

I've already returned the item for a warranty issue, and now I'm receiving a replacement. This makes me think the problem might be with me, but if the same outcome appears on another system, I'll definitely file another warranty claim.
