you recently upgraded the motherboard in your build. after turning it on, everything seemed fine except for the white GPU light indicating a GPU issue. after updating the BIOS, the problem persisted. once you reinserted the GPU, it worked properly but would sometimes fail to power on. later, you couldn’t access any boot drives. after a week of stable operation, it stopped booting again, and re-seating the GPU didn’t help. now you’re unsure whether the issue is with your new motherboard or your graphics card. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you experimented without using a connected GPU? It seems pretty clear this is related to the motherboard. What made you upgrade from the previous one? Did it stop working?

I swapped out the motherboard for a straightforward upgrade. No prior issues were encountered.

The previous version was quite poor quality. The updated model is a B550-A gaming variant. P.S. I tested it without a GPU and saw white and yellow lights for VGA and booting.

It seems like you're saying the mobile DRAM is faulty or problematic.
