Hello, today I installed a system using an i7 3770 and GTX 980ti. After initial power-on with the PSU switch, the PC started automatically but turned off after a short time. All fans were running at full speed yet there was no display. I attempted various fixes—moving from error 31 to 28—but the problem persisted. I tried everything except moving the GPU outside the case before assembly. It seems the BIOS is likely corrupted.
