Hi everyone, thank you for reading my report. My setup includes an ASUS Prime B350-Plus, Zotac 2080 Super Corsair RM750X, Ryzen 5 5600G with 32GB RAM (4x8). The issue is that my GPU isn’t showing up in the top PCIe slot—it works fine in the bottom one. This has been happening for a while. I’ve tried swapping in a different GPU (RX6800) for testing, and it worked in the top slot. When I put the 2080 in the top slot again, nothing happens. Is there something I’m missing? Thanks.

Identified the issue. A small amount of plastic was lodged at the bottom of the PCIe port, blocking the GPU from positioning correctly.
