Viewed on the main page, it's a Battle.net exclusive game. Keys might appear elsewhere, but for immediate play, Battle.net remains the top choice.

Physical copies of PC games have mainly been just a box with a piece of paper containing a code for Steam or another platform printed on it for many years.

Since the game has been unavailable since September, it's uncertain. If you need a console version, you should obtain the boxed edition.
