The name isn't available anywhere. I started playing Hearthstone early in the morning (around 2 AM) and couldn't locate anyone online. Are you thinking of switching to NA/Asia or creating a new account? I just found out it's being taken down for maintenance.

Blizzard has faced several issues lately, especially with frequent disconnections. This might be linked to ongoing maintenance activities as well.

Choose the server you wish to join using the launcher. It's a dropdown menu under the Play button. Each server likely has its own ranking.
