I'm struggling to figure this out. My new PC has been running well for several weeks now. It comes with Intel i7 - 13700K, Deepcool cooler, and a bunch of other components. I noticed my 2TB NVMe drive disappeared right after turning it on. I checked the disk manager, restarted, looked in BIOS, removed and reinserted the card, and even tried a different M.2 slot. Still no luck. I ran a system restore to a working state and changed the drive letter too. Games and office tasks worked fine. It seems like something might be affecting the drive or the system setup.

It seems like there might be a minor typo. Did you mean to ask about a mobile issue? Have you refreshed your bios? That would be the right place to begin.

Hi there! Welcome to the forum. You're starting from scratch, which is okay—just follow along. I can bring it over to your friends' place next week for testing. Also, I'll start the warranty process for the motherboard since repairs here are taking a long time.
