I recently set up my new system using the b550-f rog strix, but I notice my SATA SSD and HDD names aren’t showing in the devices list. The boot menu also doesn’t list any devices.

Using a bootable usb i see all devices and m.2 unallocated but no boot device in uefi

Your M.2 storage might be sharing the same SATA connection as your existing HDD or SSD. I recommend disconnecting all SATA devices and simply connecting the M.2 to check if it appears.

I checked the drives and found that only the second one had a prior Windows setup. The first two appeared to be new installations.

I noticed the SATA SSD had Windows issues. I used to see storage options without a Windows boot device before, but now my available choices are just empty.
