You recently removed all partitions and reinstalled Windows 10 following issues with your PC. Now you're having trouble locating the HDD drive, only seeing the SSD where Windows is installed. You followed another user's instructions in the forum to reinstall Windows after being unable to reset your system.

Removing partitions from your HDD doesn't appear in File Explorer, but according to C2dan88, check Disk Management. If it still doesn't show, open the Command Prompt by searching for cmd in the Windows 10 Start Menu, type 'diskpart', and it will display a subwindow. Then enter 'list disk' to see all connected storage devices.

It isn’t visible in the disk management tool and doesn’t appear when I type “cmd : diskpart.” The issue has been resolved—thank you for your feedback. Edited September 29, 2019 by Bfking23
