I attempted to relocate my documents to the internal D: folder, assuming it would create a subfolder automatically. However, whenever I open them via Quick Access, it displays the contents of the D: drive. The "Restore default" option is blocked with an access denied message. I recently purchased this laptop and set everything up, but I don’t want to reformat it. Could you assist?

It simply resumes from the last saved restore point when needed, which can be useful in some cases, though it may not apply to your situation. The timing of the date and time could still be ideal for that specific restore point.

You need to set up a backup or restore point before configuring it, since you mentioned you don’t have one yet.
