I've been attempting to turn off the Windows Event Log to eliminate input lag in GTA V, but each time I try to disable it it triggers Error 1061.
This doesn't influence input delay. It seems you're referencing information from the web. Windows Event Logger records system events like logins, errors, and warnings. That's its sole function. If your setup struggles with the event logger, it likely means it's not a good fit for running software, especially games.
