Hi! I recently purchased a PS5 controller for my PC and managed to get it working with Steam last night. Now it’s not responding at all. Since I don’t have a motherboard with built-in Bluetooth, I’m using a Bluetooth dongle. The controller connects to the PC, but when trying to play on Steam nothing happens. I also tried connecting via USB-C, but it doesn’t power up. Any suggestions? P.S.

Attempting to reinstall the driver usually resolves the issue. I experienced the same problem with my controller and mouse, but after reinstalling, everything worked properly.

There are numerous guides available on this topic.
Your assumption seems correct—did you overlook a step or encounter another issue? Also, are you not utilizing W11?
