I'm having trouble getting into the boot menu on my laptop—it starts up directly into system recovery without showing any motherboard splash screen, and I don't know the correct key. I'm trying to install Windows 10 by booting from a memory stick, but it's not working. Please let me know if you need assistance with that. Thanks!

I don't have the exact details about the laptop's make or model. To access the BIOS, you might need to use a specific key sequence during startup, which can vary by manufacturer. Check your device's manual or look up the relevant specifications for the fast boot feature.
