Removed Norton Internet Security and set up AVG Free. I’ve relied on AVG for over a decade without problems. Norton can make my computer lag during startup and sometimes prevents scans. Have you ever disliked Norton?

You only use Microsoft Security Essentials and haven’t tried any others. I’ve heard Kaspersky works well too.

I strongly dislike anti-virus software. They often interfere and hinder system performance. I've been using one without it for three years now, staying cautious about the sites I visit and the files I download.

I rely on MalwareBytes. Many top brands cost a lot more and function identically to their free versions.

It was a surprise when my friend's dad put Norton on my friend's new laptop—I really felt uncomfortable.

I plan to purchase a license for AVG Internet security promptly since I've been using it for six years without any problems.

Norton is actually a virus, by my understanding. Keep your distance.
