Idle: 55°C fans off, 43°C fans at 30% capacity
Load: 79°C

Room temperature is around 30°C, MSI GTC970 is connected. Idle fans are off, 55°C fans running at 30%. Load is at 79°C. The issue is that outside temperatures are 7°C lower than inside, yet fans run faster at idle and still reach higher idle temps. Also, load temperatures rise when ambient temps drop.

By the way, if it gets too hot, 80c+, it will clock down automatically.
Keeping 80~81c.
Its a safty protection to card, so no worries

I know the card throttles after it hits a specific temp, but the thing is, for such a light overclock imo, it shouldnt be hitting those temps. And the thing is, I'd rather have my card not throttle during gaming.
