1600af is a fairly new chip despite its name. Your BIOS might not support it, and some motherboards may lack a BIOS update for it. It has a BIOS Update for that chip. https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/PRIME-...pDesk_CPU/ Considering ASUS usually marks there updated boards as Ryzen 3000 Ready on there site and this one is not and the update you need "5205" is newer than the 3000 series update " 4801" , I am gonna bet it needs a BIOS update. You will need a 1st gen Ryzen chip to update it more than likely.
