You're experiencing issues with your ASRock B365M Pro4-F board and Kingston A400 M.2 SSD. The BIOS shows NKT recognition but doesn't detect the M.2 slot during Windows 10 installation. Check the physical connection, ensure the drive is properly seated, and verify the BIOS settings for M.2 support. If problems persist, consider updating the BIOS or consulting ASRock support.

The M.2 port isn't compatible with the device you have (a standard SATA drive): Bring the drive back and choose either a regular 2.5" SSD or an M.2 PCIe model such as the A2000.

Hey everyone, I looked into the compatibility of the M.2 drives and noticed the one I purchased was supposed to work, but it clearly didn’t. I’m hoping to get the Kingston A2000 version instead.
