Hi, your HP Pavilion 15 cw1068wm is experiencing audio problems with both built-in speakers and headphones, especially when playing sound. The scratchy buzzing only occurs during audio playback. You've already tried reinstalling drivers and cleaning them out, but the issue persists. The keyboard replacement and removing the motherboard didn’t resolve it either. Consider checking for loose connections, faulty cables, or updating your audio drivers through Device Manager. If needed, a professional repair might be necessary.

I’d disassemble the computer to verify no components are touching unintended surfaces and confirm the speakers are properly wired. If this issue appeared only after opening the laptop, I’d ensure everything was reinstalled correctly and check for any loose parts.
