Have you attempted to take out the fans from the radiator and observe the results? Also, consider whether the source of the sound becomes more apparent.

I attempted to track the source earlier today and noticed the sound was too weak to be from the fans. Appreciate the suggestion!

I took out one of the fans near the tubing of the rad where I first thought the noise was coming from. Since then, I haven’t heard that same sound again. The other side can still appear and disappear, so I’ll try it out again to check. I’m keeping an eye on the temperatures using hwinfo64; under light load it’s averaging about 56°C so far, with spikes in the 70s. It might be better or worse.
