been there done that. the buzz is caused by electrical interference and it's a motherboard design issue. cannot be fixed. but it helps however to wait for newer audio drivers. the buzzing will still persist but it will be less noticeable.

If you're not keen on modifying the motherboard, consider using a ground loop isolator. I had to install one for my home audio project a few years ago.

They are linked to the forum thread about poor sound quality for the ROG Strix B450 gaming. I used an Intel 915 chipset ASUS motherboard and encountered the same issue, which others reported online—mostly Asus boards were affected. It seems this problem can occur occasionally on certain models.
