Hello, I just installed my first PC today and heard a loud high-pitched whine from the motherboard. It's very obvious on the home screen but disappears when I stress the CPU with CPU-Z. Is there a way to adjust settings in BIOS to improve stability? My system runs AMD Ryzen 3200G, ASUS EX-A320M-GAMING, and no GPU.
