Hey everyone, my computer is producing a high-pitched noise that sounds like static. It's difficult to pinpoint its source, but when I place my ear on the CPU backplate, I can clearly hear it. The sound fluctuates rather than staying steady, and it changes when I move the mouse or start a game. The issue disappears when using BIOS. So far, I've tried different things: new power supply, new GPU, various CPU coolers, and a new motherboard. My machine is an Intel i5 10600k with a TUF 3060 Ti motherboard, 16GB RAM, 3200MHz DDR3, and Corsair RX 650W. The noise is really bothersome, and I'm not sure what else to check. Could it be related to drivers or coil whine? Also, I notice a rattling sound from my Asus monitor's power adapter—am I hearing that too? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
