I swapped over to Nobara 43 from win11 and have had literally this as my one issue. No matter what I do the game doesnt start. I've tried different Proton versions including many GE versions and still nothing. sometimes it "starts" but nothing happens other then steam saying its running but no extra cpu usage and a OpenGL Renderer window that is only on the task manager bar and cant be selected. It runs without issues on my steam deck and is under the playable tab so idk whats going on. And the T7 mod doesnt help with starting either. Is there any other Fedora users that can help with this?

It might depend on the storage method or whether gamescope is used. I recommend looking into protondb. Here’s the link: https://www.protondb.com/app/311210
