If either cooler was set up properly, it suggests a faulty CPU. Your stock cooler ran at 107°C with a 3600W rating—this indicates more than just a poor case. The situation would be worse if the case lacked an intake fan; even a restricted one wouldn’t allow such high temps. The CPU fan should spin, otherwise verify you used the right AM4 mounting parts. eh, this however is normal, mine sometimes uses up to ~92w and doesnt exeed ~80-85C or so, its however indeed rated at 88w. ^also fyi, when it does that it never uses more than 1v, more like 950mv, thats why temps stay relatively low i guess… im currently running pbo advanced , but generally this behavior doesnt really change at all, regardless of pbo settings. edit: although, obviously, whats not normal is the temps, thats indeed odd
