Hello everyone, a few weeks ago I began using my new PC after a month, but it wouldn't power on. After checking other parts, I realized the motherboard might be damaged. I sent it in for repair and received a replacement, which was covered under warranty. Now when I attempt to boot, the PC turns on and then shuts off right away. I've tested another motherboard and PSU with my original processor, but the same problem persists (it powers up and powers off instantly). I've also tried booting just the power supply, motherboard, and processor. Does this suggest my processor is no longer functioning?
I tested the Circle CG 450W APFC 80 PLUS BRONZE 450W PSU and the Gigabyte P650B 650W 80 Plus Bronze SMPS.
The P650B is not new, it's a used model. It doesn't have a solid power supply and might lead to issues.
