I owned two PCs with my account; the other one wasn’t enabled, but once I linked my Microsoft account it looked as though it had been activated. The watermark disappeared afterward. I planned to check if my PC was actually active the next day, but instead my drive failed. Instead of replacing it, I considered rebuilding a new system because my computer couldn’t even run 1080p smoothly without constant lag.

When you sign in to Windows and it starts your computer, it shows that a product key is connected to the login account.
