I never dropped anything on my PC. Only the keyboard was affected. It wasn’t too much.

Make sure all hard drives are unplugged except the boot drive. This helped restore functionality to my mouse and keyboard. Once that was done, I reinserted my M.2 drive and reinstalled Windows.
