Yesterday I purchased a new computer. It starts up properly, but it crashes when Windows launches. I also saw the CPU cooler isn’t functioning. Is the CPU damaged?

CPU cooler isn't the CPU itself. Verify that the CPU fan is correctly connected to the CPU fan header on your motherboard. Watch a tutorial by Linus or someone assembling a computer for about 30 minutes to gain valuable insights.

If your cooler isn't functioning, it's likely overheating and the blue screen is protecting your CPU. Are all connections secure?

The CPU cooler was installed backwards, but I resolved the issue. However, the bluescreens still occur.

Consider a fresh setup to check if the issue persists, as it seems Windows might be damaged.
