It remains a constraint, but the workload will shift more to the GPU. Even though the CPU handles the same amount of work, the GPU will manage additional tasks, balancing the overall performance slightly better.

Consider improving the monitor first, then try boosting the 5820's speed. Evaluate the results before deciding on a complete system upgrade.

It seems this build has been running for six years already. While it still works, I’m concerned it won’t keep up soon. I don’t think it’s worth replacing the monitor just yet—my 240Hz display is fine and I’m more focused on fixing the PC issues first. Streaming works perfectly with NDI using two PCs, but my main challenge is getting the highest possible FPS in games so the stream looks smoother. Right now it feels like I’m stuck with a setup that’s not optimized for performance.
