You can input the key while setting up or later on. If you logged in using a Microsoft account for Windows, you won’t need to type it in—it will fetch the linked account key. For OEM devices like Dell or HP, the key is built into the motherboard and the installer should detect it automatically.

You've already saved the key prior to the reinstallation, so Windows won't assume two devices are linked to it.
