Upgrading to a different motherboard and CPU doesn't necessarily require reinstalling Windows. As long as your SSDs and RAM remain intact, you should be able to boot normally and use the new components without major changes.

I would reinstall it. After upgrading the motherboard, it's recommended to reinstall Windows.

Yes, you can reinstall the operating system on a new M.2 drive while retaining your software on the existing D:, E:, and F: drives.

You could attempt it without reinstalling. Windows 10 is designed to work well with different hardware.
