You're just about to connect your hard drive, and you're wondering if that's the right approach. It should work if you follow the proper steps.

If you receive a fresh mobile and processor, the operating system recognizes it as a new computer and requires you to re-enter the password.

If needed, simply restart the operating system for Windows.

No, unless it's a very similar board, you need to reinstall.

You might need to turn Windows back on, but you don’t have to delete it completely. It’s wise to perform a clean setup when switching to another machine.

Are you required to purchase a replacement window? You mentioned you possess your key.

It will start up on the Windows interface and prompt you to enter the activation code, so type it in and press enter.

I think I've handled this before without problems... So it should work too. However, I've heard the latest hardware changes affect performance, but I didn't see any obvious effects myself.

Windows 7, version 8 or 1, works if you confirm. Win10 is fine. All versions need reactivation. On Windows 7 and 8/.1, you must also uninstall all existing drivers. It might not function on 7 even after removal. Win10 seems to work as reported.
